What a great session you facilitated at the Otago Polytechnic 4th October 2018 Staff Development Day! It certainly created a lot of discussion both at the session and following it.
Something I have found really useful is the Mental Health Foundation focus for this year:"Let nature in - strengthen your wellbeing". There is a very useful guide to wellbeing: Five ways to Wellbeing: Connect, Be Active, Give, Take Notice and Keep Learning which, I believe, you addressed in your session. We need to attend to each of these as we move towards the era of "Discovery" ie the time beyond paid employment. Well done Peter Brook! And thank you again Catherine
